Introduction
Welcome
to the 2D/3D Line Graph.
This
package provides both a client and server side solution
for the incorporation of line graphs into web pages. It
provides versatile components so that web authors and Java
developers can easily build and publish dynamic and interactive
line graphs.
We have
built in many configurable features and functions to both
the applet and servlet and as such, these examples along
with the documentation are designed to give both a full
understanding of every feature and enable you to implement
both the applet and servlet quickly and easily.
The
examples are designed to demonstrate the most common types
of implementations and generally fall into the following
categories,
Applet
Examples
Servlet Examples
Applet - Servlet
Combination
We have
provided the line graph in both applet and servlet form
in order to provide the widest variety of implementations
and circumstances. The applet will provide interactive features
( mouse over & mouse click events and javascript interaction
), whilst the servlet provides the most dependable solution
where printing is a consideration.
For
a full explanation of and range of values for the above
parameters please see the Documentation.
Note:
If you are using the evaluation version then in the applet
a pop-up window will appear upon the startup and an evaluation
message will be incorporated by the servlet. Both these
features have been removed from the licensed version.
