Q) Is there a minimum payment and when does payment
occur ?
A) There is $40 minimum payment amount. Commission
checks are sent on or around the 20th of the month for the
previous months commission. If the commission amount is
less than $40 then the accrued amount is carried forward
to the current month.
Q) In which currency will I be paid.
A) Currently our systems allow you to choose between
either US Dollars or UK Pounds Sterling at the time of sign-up.
For reporting and commission calculation purposes all amounts
are recorded in US Dollars. If you choose to be paid in
UK Sterling your commission amount will be converted at
the current conversion rate on the date your check is sent.
Q) How do you know who I have referred to you and how
do I know I will get paid ?
A) The Partner Program software has been designed
to automatically associate a visitor with you upon their
very first click through to Graph-Chart.com. This process
is completely invisible to your visitors / customers and
does not rely upon any action on their part. With the Partner
Center you will be able to see reports in real time about
the number of visitors you have referred and sales arising
from those visitors. In addition we have also integrated
our online transaction system into this program. This means
that as soon as one of your visitors makes a payment, the
sale is also recorded against your account.
We view this Partner arrangement as a long term relationship
and therefore it is in our interests to ensure that you
receive the commission you are entitled and that you are
successful.
Please Note : For this automatic tracking to work
correctly, it is vital that you use the correct URL to link
to us. Once you have signed up, we recommend incorporating
the link into one of your web pages and click on the link
yourself. Then login to the Partner system and view your
referral report. If your click-through has been recorded
then you know the link is working correctly.
Q) I do not use the Graph-Chart.com service myself,
can I still become a Partner and refer people ?
A) Yes, you do not have to use the service to become
a Partner, however we feel it would be beneficial in your
promotion activities to have some experience of the service.
( Even if it's just utilizing the Free Service level ).
Q) I have started referring customers but no sales have
yet been recorded ?
A) Patience is the key here. First you must understand
the customer "lifcycle". Once a customer has been
introduced to the service they will typically bookmark or
sign-up for the free service. They will then evaluate the
service for a period, this can vary from a couple of weeks
to a couple of months. Once they have evaluated the service
for a period they will then upgrade to a paid service level
and this is when you will see a sale recorded. Once the
customer has upgraded they usually stay on that service
level for years to come.
With the method we use to associate visitors to you, it
does not matter when (be it tomorrow or in 3 years time)
or how they come back (either via your site or direct )
to sign up, you will still be awarded the commission.
Q) How do I know how many Sales and how much Commission
I have earned ?
A) As soon as you have signed up you will be given
access to the Partner Center. Here you can obtain real-time
reports details referrals, sales made, your sub-partners
and commission earned
Q) How do you calculate Commission ?
A) You will earn 30% of the sale amount (every
month) of a customer you have referred to us. In addition
you will earn 5% of the sale amount (every month)
of customers who your sub-partner refer.
Our transaction and partner systems calculate and track
this automatically in real-time. As soon as the sale is
made the information is recorded in the Partner Database
and logged against your account.
